Get to know DeniseDenise is a Clinical Social Worker, NDIS Practitioner, Life and Career Coach, and EAP Counsellor. She brings a holistic and client-centred approach to her work combining talk therapy with evidence-based modalities to her practice. These methods draw on Narrative Therapy (NT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Denise is guided by the latest neurobiological research exploring the mind-body connection, attachment theory, as well as relational models that offer the potential for awareness, healing, authentic living and self-empowerment. Through using a range of techniques, she works creatively to meet your unique needs. Denise’s sessions allow you to heal past patterns, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and create the life that you want. Known for her warm, empathetic and down-to-earth manner, Denise inspires an open, honest and compassionate space.
